Videos not working

Hello,

We are attempting to upload videos on the front end (Upload video max size 8mb) and after it seems to upload it says
"Your video is now processing. We will send you a notification when it is ready to view"
The video does not appear on the frontend but shows in the backend in the videos section.

Please help

The video failed to be converted, and I cant see the ffmpeg on your phpinfo, can you check it? contact your sys-admin for further information?
