ISSUE SUMMARY:
I upgraded to the latest joomla and jomsocial and I refetched video thumnails, but all are still not clear like before.
Can this be resolved

Hi,

the video thumbnail at your site only:
112 x 84

the smallest size that jomsocial use:
320 x 180

not sure why that size at your site too small, I cannot have a look at joomla backend because invalid access detail.
if you using JSPT component, please make sure that component not "inject" they own jomsocial configuration

I do not know why my thumbnails are that size eiter, the Jomsocial config for videos is 320 x 180 in config.

So how can I get new thumbnails and get them clear again?

I cleared all cache and I re-fetched all new video thumbnails and they are still not clearn.

you can re-fetched the thumbnails from jomsocial backend > videos > all videos.
Please edit your first post at this topic, and provide me credentials information at site info form. I need to access joomla administrator page.

Thank you. I already did fetch new videos thumbnails for all videos. I also checked the configuration and the are set to 320 x 180.

I have several admin users and s prefer to not has any more admin super users.

Can you please tell me a solution? What else can I do to get my video thumbnails clear.

Should I go into FTP and delete all of them and then refetch them?

What else can I do to fix this upgrade glitch?

I need access as super users, only super user can access any joomla configurations.
and I need FTP access.
