I am sorry, as I have asked this question quit a long time ago, but I need to know the name of the JomSocial default home page image and what directory I can locate it in so I can rename the one I have and upload it to this location to replace what is currently there.

No, you don't have do that anymore. In JomSocial PRO we implemented Theme Designer that allows you easily change many JomSocial elements. Just browse to: Backend -> Components -> JomSocial -> Theme Designer -> General and just upload new image: i.imgur.com/azRvEF0.png

I have tried to change the image several times now and it will not change. I go to the Backend -> Components -> JomSocial -> Theme Designer -> General and where the image is shown, I select the change button and upload the new image, which I am attaching here for you. If you can get it to work great and thank you, but I really want to know how to do this as this attached picture is just the first one of a couple I need to try so I will have to do this again soon.

Thank you for doing that for me. Yes, as a matter of fact, I did save. I browsed to the directory, selected the image then selected the save button at the top and the image never changed in the back end. So just to check, I went to the front end and then refreshed my screen and it had not changed. I returned to the back end, re-uploaded the same new image and it did not change even after hitting save several times.
I am sure this is something I'm just not doing correctly. Because I need to finish this image, can you send me the JomSocial instructions on how this new back end features is supposed to work so I can make sure I understand it completely and can do it myself please?

1. Browse to backend -> Components -> JomSocial -> Theme Designer -> General
2. Scroll page a bit down and click "Choose" button
3. Select image from your hard drive and click "OK"
4. Scroll page to top and click "Save" button in upper right corner.

The is no other way and this is exactly what I did... it should work 100% if I was able to do it... ;)

I am sorry to say but this new way of changing the image you have been helping me with, still is not working. I just tried to update this photo again and it's just not working. I have followed your instructions to a "T" and its not working. I am trying to add this newer photo and I will need to change it again after this. This has to work. Please get inside my system, see if you are able to load this new modified photo and save it. I am now using Chrome to do this and it is not working with Chrome or IE. Please help.
