ISSUE SUMMARY:
Hello, (sorry for my english !)

When my users upload some photos he win 1 point by picture whereas in my configuration I attributed 3 point for the upload ....

Why ?!

because I cant access your site backend, I cannot have a look into the issue.
please make sure you are using jomsocial latest version 4.0.10 or 4.1

and make sure there is no any 3rd party extension that replacing jomsocial user points.

if you still cant find where the issue from, please edit your first post at this topic and put administrator access detail.

Ok i have completely deleted my old system "alphauserpoint" and my problem was solved.
