I saw at menu manager there is menu type with name "Соц сеть", and that menu items containing jomsocial toolbar menu.
every jomsocial toolbar menu must having "jomoscial" at type.
for the solution you have 2 options:
1. open that menu "Соц сеть" and unpublished all menu items
2. edit that menu type "Соц сеть" and changing "soc" to "jomsocial"
