Image uploads not working

ISSUE SUMMARY:
When I try to upload images (avatar, profile cover or other images) they fail to upload. Error logs suggest that the path to folder is incorrect, but I cannot determine why this is the case.

Please help.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1. Try to change an avatar or Profile or Group cover.

RESULT
Error message: "There was an error when trying to move uploaded image to ."

Hi Steven,

Would you mind provide me backend access and FTP access, please? Seems there is misconfiguration or maybe the images folder is not exist.

Or maybe you have problem with "memory_limit" configuration, please you increase it and contact your sys-admin
