I get the same error using the default joomla protostar theme

becuase your site is a live site. can I switch to protostar and disable all modules?
and I suspicious with JSPT system plugin, JSPT Community Plugin, Phoca Gallery Plugin, and Tabs -- For Articles [uyguntabs] plugin

could you please try to turn off that plugin by using protostar?

the issue with jQuery Easy plugin and theme1827 template.
seem that template must using jQuery Easy.

if you turn off jQuery Easy and theme1827 template, the issue will be gone. jQuery easy still using very old jQuery version (1.7.2)
jomsocial must using 1.11.2.
