ISSUE SUMMARY: I have just realized that videos that have their privileges set to Public can be Featured, but not videos that have been set to "Members Only" (or whatever the standard wording is, we've changed it to "Site Surfers").

As a test I added a video as "Public", and was then able to access the "Feature This" option in the little gear icon on the video's thumbnail here:

Is there a way to override this behavior?

here the steps:
1. copy list.php from/components/com_community/templates/jomsocial/layouts/videos/ to /templates/[front end site temptea]/html/com_community/layouts/videos/ (create the folders if not exist yet)

2. edit that file at line 59 change the code from

<?php if ($isCommunityAdmin && !$groupVideo && $showFeatured && ($video->permissions == 0 || $video->permissions == 10)) { ?>

<?php if ($isCommunityAdmin && !$groupVideo && $showFeatured && ($video->permissions == 0 || $video->permissions == 10 || $video->permissions == 20)) { ?>
