Hi, Tim.

I'm sorry but I can't replicate your issue. I just uploaded mov file without any issues.
You can see it in videos section.
It can't be converted but that's different story:: <message>Could not convert video</message>

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi, Time.

Could you try with few other MOV files?
It may be that MOV files made be your phone are without MIME type or some way corrupted?

Try to look for some small, test MOV files in web an try to upload them.

Hi Support,

We tried uploading from multiple iPhones and other phones and get the same error but it doesn't happen with small videos.

Can you please check and let me know how to fix that ? our client is using iphones.

HI, Tim.

Try to fix max_input_time setting: prntscr.com/843kat and check again.

Hi, Tim.

So lets sum things up (please, correct me if I'm wrong):

- you CAN upload some mov files e.g download.wavetlan.com/SVV/Media/HTTP/H26...head_mov_480x360.mov
- you CAN upload some mov files from mobile only if they are small
- you CAN'T upload big mov files from mobile (bigger than 2.8 MB. Anyway Maximum file size for video upload is 8 MB in your system)

Is above correct?
