ISSUE SUMMARY:
Help advice how to customize JomSocial for the proper functioning of uploading photos. Firstly, I can not set the correct user's avatar. Photo is loading, but is not installed by the image. Secondly the formation of photo album is also loaded with an error. May it be configured uncorrectly rights of folder? Write the correct settings rights for the folders please.

Hi,

seem the issue with joomla menu item ID issue.
please try to delete Сообщество (jomsocial) from Main menu item. empty it from trashed and re-create again.
with this, the item ID will re-new/more higher.

if you turn off joomla SEF from configuration there was no issue.

May be the problem links with the integration between jomsocial and easyblog which using same avatars

please check it, you can changing the avatar now.
you must set jomsocial frontpage instead of profile at main menu item.
