ISSUE SUMMARY: When uploading videos they're not coverted automatically as they should do. I have asked my hosting provider to look at it and especially the crontab settings. The report I got from them is that crontab run the way it should, but videos are not converting automatically but stay on pending, which again means it's necessary to make it finished from the administrator site to get the Icon and then run cron.

please make sure the cron job execute this url:
http://[yoursite domain]/index.php?option=com_community&task=cron

and make sure the schedule of the cron job not once a day. you can set it every 1 - 5 minutes.
