Videos remain in Pending status

ISSUE SUMMARY:
After i load the videos to the site, they remain in Pending status and cannot be viewed.
please help

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Load video as a user and not ever get to see it on the timeline.
2 log in as an admin and the videos are listed, but not view able.
I attaching 2 images showing how it looks like for the admin. the second one is the error admin gets if they hit play.
RESULT
EXPECTED RESULT - video to show on timeline and be viewable from Admin panel

Hi,

the videos could not converted because the ffmpeg version is too old (FFmpeg version 0.6.5)
please contact your hosting support to upagrade that ffmpeg to latest version from this site:
ffmpeg.org/
