Cannot upload image, "undefined Error"

ISSUE SUMMARY:
I cannot upload image on my jomsocial website.
If it try to upload images from the status shout out box, from the "say what is on your mind" section,
the image starts to upload, but stops halfway, and says "undefined Error", and it won't upload.
Images were uploading before, but now it stopped working.
What do i do?

Hi Samson,

I dont see you are a valid Jomsocial subscriber, I see you only have Publisher Pro on our database. Beside that your domain winkilink.com cant be accessed. Please you check again.

I purchased a license to use Jomsocial. the site is winkilinks.com, but the domain name is still on a vps which i'm using for now, which can be accessed at the ip address i specified. I specified the ip address in the initial question, you can check it there.
