Avatar Photo upload not possible

When we create a new account in the frontpage it´s not possible to fix the avatar photo.
We can upload but no chance to go forwart. The only one button is skip.
Please help!

please goto joomla backend > menus > jomsocial toolbar > Fotos, set access level to public
