CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP..........!!!!

Attachment ScreenShot.jpg not found

ISSUE SUMMARY:
Few days ago I could change my avatar photo on a user profile but now I can not upload my photo to change a user avatar. I was able to have this done once as you can see the Super_User has the avatar changed but since I upgraded to JomSocial 4.0.7 from JomSocial 4.0.6 and added the extension JBolo chat, I can't seem to do it again or any other user. Please help!!!!!!!!

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1. Create a profile and try to change the avatar
2. Try to upload or change the avatar
2. The two steps above will show you that the pic attempts to load and never finishes loading
3.

Hi, Tinisee.

Please, first post a supported domain request here:
www.jomsocial.com/forum/billing-issues

After your supported domain will be changed, please, edit your first post here and provide correct site credentials.
Also make sure that thread status is "Pending Support" so I could see it on my TODO list.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
