If I look here funcham.com/index.php/photos/album?albumid=15 That albumID 15 doesnt have photoID 27, and I can open all photos from there.

I think this photo ID photoid=27 and photoid=33 already deleted

1. the photoid 27 is in albumid11 not in albumid15. please double check the url.
2. the photo is working properly when login. try to login and see. screencast.com/t/soiz59SkOR4
3. Yes all the photos are working properly when you click in and pop in. but it is not working if you paste, type or click this URL in the url bar

I think you have problem with album ID 11 and 15, but I am not sure the detail.. I suggest you delete that album, and create the new one and upload a new photo inside it..

Also I replicated it by current setting (view photo on modal) and I as guest able to see the photo

it is working now.
