Inability to convert videos

ISSUE SUMMARY:
Hello,
I uploaded videos in mp4 and 3gp format. After the upload, i ran a cronjob and the mp4 video was posted but the 3gp video was not. i haven't tried other video formats. Kindly help resolve.
Attached is the path to ffmpeg on the server and the result of the cronjob.
