Ok i have installed jomsocial , profiletypes, jbolo, Kunena Forum, and SEO again after switching to new faster server. I'm just starting over from scratch since i dont have traffic yet.

Ok after the move to a bigger and faster server with Linux hosting. I now have problems with photos unable to upload to replace an avatar and cover page. I can upload and change the avatar if i click on the link to do so but if i click on the camera icon where the avatar would be shown to upload a photo it will not. I also noticed i can't create a group. when you click on the create a group button after filling out everything i does nothing but refreshes the page and creates nothing. Where i am at internet is very slow so it is hard for me to know if my website is still slow.

Nope, credentials still doesn't work.. are you sure they are correct?
I try to login to: rallypit.com with user admin.

Yes I just logged in and it worked. All what is different is the username from admin to moderator

No the website is still rallypit.com and username is moderator.

Your issue was caused by jbolo extension. I disabled it and now you may upload avatar and cover, also you may create groups.
Please, test it...
