I just checked the photos page and seems working fine for me.. if this issue still happens please provide me the steps to replicate it, and provide the FTP access as well.

well, actually this is a valid bug for several server, for fix this you need change views/photos/view.html.php line 215 or find this code :

$albumList = array();
