Sort Photos - Error 1064

Hello I found a bug.When I sort photos by Featured or Featured Only giving me the following error: Error 1064
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ')) DESC, id' at line 1 SQL=SELECT * FROM `izy2k_community_photos_albums` WHERE (( permissions <='10' OR (creator='0' AND permissions <='40') ) AND ( ( `type` = 'profile.cover' AND `creator` = 0 ) OR ( `type` != 'profile.cover' ) ) ) ORDER BY (`id` IN ()) DESC, id

(This error occurs when there is no Featured albums.)
