cloud you please try this solution:
by adding this line (specific for IE) to your .htaccess file.

Hi, Guys.

I was able to replicate that issue on Windows 7 with Internet Explorer 10.
I'll report this issue as a bug to our developers.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi, Philip.

I'm sorry that it take sooo long time.
Developer can't replicate your issue...
I want to make a screencast for him... but I can't as access to JS on your site is blocked:

403 - This request is blocked by Admin Tools. Please change this message in the component's options.

Could you unlock it?

Hi, Philip.

Today I tested playback on your site. YT video is playing...
I've tried to upload and convert avi file.
But when I hit execute cron to convert file (avi) then I get "Can't convert video".
Did you changed any video related settings?

Hi, Philip.

We have to move on with this issue... YT are playng.
Now we need check if converted videos are playing too.
So please, check if path to FFMPEG is correct in Backend -> Components -> JomSocial -> Videos -> Video settings
