Videos Are NOT Playing in Stream

ISSUE SUMMARY: Videos are not playing in the module 'RECENT VIDEOS'. When clicked, it pops up and audio plays but video does not play.


STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1. Upload a video
2. Click on video to play

RESULT: Video not playing
EXPECTED RESULT: Videos need to be played when uploaded to stream.
BROWSER: IE, Mozilla, Chrome

I browsed to your site, logged in to frontend, clicked a video from Video module... popup with video appears... and video start to play.
I was able to see image and hear sound: prntscr.com/6ztkw6

So it seems to work fine.

I checked it with FireFox.

What browser do you use? Maybe it doesn't fully support HTML5 video playback?
Make sure that you have latest version of your browser.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
