ISSUE SUMMARY:
I have no Featured photo albums at the moment.
When i filter the photo albums with Hits, date, name etc everything works fine but when i filter with Featured i receive an error page.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 go to PHOTOS menu
2 Short photo albums with Only Featured photos
3 Receive the error message
