ISSUE SUMMARY:
Can't open videos sub category page whatever it's in J2.5 or in J3.4 multilanguage site.
J2.5: www.mandarinlearn.com/index.php?option=c...s&Itemid=742&lang=en , please select a sub category to try.
J3.4: www.brandsight.cn/test/index.php?option=...s&Itemid=742&lang=en , please select a sub category to try.

Please help me and give me a guideline to solve this issue. Thanks a lot!

I think you have fatal error on your site, can you provide super user access, please? your current backend access is unable to edit the J! configuration.

It's same error and I have already set that account and provided FTP information. I think they are same error.

I changed the formal site to testing site and testing site to formal site, which means the current site with FTP access is formal site, you may use it.
