ISSUE SUMMARY:
When I upload a video, the cron job runs every 15 minutes. The file uploaded is approximately 5.4 megabytes - well below the max upload size of 100 megabytes. Max memory usage is about 120 mb. Script execution time is 1500 seconds. It keeps taking the uploaded video, running it through the converter and outputting a 0 mb file.
FFmpeg version is 2.2.1. The path has been triple checked with my server's tech support and is /usr/local/bin/ffmpeg2.2.1
here is my ffmpeg info:

I am a blind webmaster and rely on my wife for anything visual.

3 see a 0 byte file after conversion

Hi Philp,

Setting up FFMPEG on a server can get rather complex. I see you have posted the path to the install but you have not shown the list of compiled codecs. Below is a link to a post and in this post there is a PDF attachment that you should give to your server admin and get them to check the outputs / compiled codecs as per this document.

Alternatively if you are happy to tell me the server login details i can take a look myself. (edit the original post and place the server details in the misc field or email them to me) I also notice you mention that you are blind so in this situation i would be happy to assist you via skype using audio if this would make things easier for you and your wife.
