ISSUE SUMMARY: I have the photo count set to 10 max in the Photo Config. I added some pictures from the front end as a user, but then changed my mind and deleted them. When I went to add new pictures it says that I have hit my "Max" for picture uploads and below the 1 and only picture in the Album it says there are 10 pictures in the album but there is only 1.

1. open this file components/com_community/controllers/photos.php, remove this code :
