ISSUE SUMMARY:
When a video is converted, the user received a email, but the subject of the notification is not correct. It display The <a href=_QQQ_/all-videos/user/video/84-test-video-22_QQQ_>........

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 upload video
2 convert the video
3 user received a email with an incorrect subject

Ok, but i dont want to upgrade yet, its a lot of work for me to make the site working again.
