windows lumia photo upload fail

ISSUE SUMMARY:
i am having trouble uploading photos to the activity stream during posts from my nokia lumia 580. it uses windows as an operating system.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1.login to the site
2.select the photo icon in the new post area
3 . try and upload a picture

RESULT nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT a picture should be upload to the status update
BROWSER uc browsers,internet explorer

We need to test your reported issue... I, personally don't have WindowsPhone but I asked other support staff to test.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

It seems than no one from us is using WindowsPhone...
Could you ask some of your friends to test it too?

Checked with a couple of my friends with Lumia phones . Photo upload z giving them a problem. When u use the uc browser instead of windows explorer it let u choose a photo but it won't upload it. With windows explorer it won't even let u choose the photo u want to upload. It just stays on the status update page.

updating to windows 8.1 latest update fixed the problem. windows 8 must have been the problem
