its really strange, must be something wrong with 3rd party extensions. could you please provide me cpanel/phpmyadmin access detail?
I need it for debugging purpose.

FYI: you can put credentials information at site info form, by editing your first post at this topic.

Hi Daryl,

I'm sure this 3rd party conflict issue. Now I got this error:
Error: 42 - Failed to update contact: COM_CONTACT_ERROR_UNIQUE_ALIAS

after I truned off this plugin:
User - Contact Creator

no any error anymore. that plugin is stand alone. not related with jomsocial. seem there is a bug with that plugin.
