Hello,
I have uploaded different types(mp4, flv) of videos on my site. After uploaded successfully it shows messages like "Once the videos are uploaded, they are queued to be processed. Then, the videos will be removed from this pending section and are ready to be viewed.". Now all videos are displaying in pending video section. I have run cronjob (index.php?option=com_community&task=cron) to convert and removed videos from pending videos section.
After run corn job it shows me following result
<messages>
<message>Could not convert video</message>
<message>No temporary videos to delete.</message>
<message>No files to transfer.</message>
<message>No Videos to transfer.</message>
<message>No avatars or cover of users needed to be transferred</message>
<message>No avatars or cover of groups needed to be transferred</message>
<message>Removed Pending Invitation for Past Event</message>
</messages>
All videos still in pending section no videos are converted and removed from pending section and some videos having issue to playing. I have attched screenshot of video playing issue
Please help me resolved this issue
Thanks.
Hi, Melissa.
1. Do you have FFMPEG library installed on your server?
2. In what version.
3. Did you provided correct path to FFMPEG library in Backend -> Extensions -> JomSocial -> Videos -> Video configuration -> FFMPEG path?
Hi Michael,
First Thanks for quick reply...
Yes, FFMPEG library installed on server and added correct path into video configuration setting but still issue not resolved.
Thanks,
HI, Melissa.
Do you use CentOS?
What version of FFMPEG do you have?
Please, ask your hosting provider for help if you don't know how to check it.
Hi, Melissa.
I assign developer to this thread.
Hi Melissa,
Could not convert video issue mostly server issue, maybe FFMPEG version is too old. you can get latest version at:
www.ffmpeg.org/
I need your FTP access detail for debugging purpose. please edit your first post at this topic and put at site info form.
Regards
Hi,
you can try to upgrade first. using latest version is important.
but I still need your site FTP access detail, you can put credential information by editing your first post at this topic. put it at site info form.
