URGENT: Undefined Error - Uploading Photo

We're having problems with the photo uploading, it keeps giving Undefined Error when trying to upload photos, especially those that are 1Mb and above.

Small ones are fine, but the large ones return Undefined Error. We've also adjusted the max filesize to 10Mb, but same error persists.

Attached is the screenshot. Is it related to problems accessing ImageMagick to resize or process the image? If so, how do we fix it?

We checked the Error Log and Raw Log in Cpanel but there do not appear to have any server / php errors. Please advise ASAP as we need to launch this site soon. Thank you.

Please, edit your first post and provide access to your site backend. I can't bypass htaccess protection.
I need to check your server settings.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi MIchal,

I have update the info. Basically we don't have htaccess. but i have given u FTP access. the ht file is in Joomla please let me know if this info is sufficient?
