When trying to change profile avatar users get this error:
unable to open image `/data/home/fullpull/public_html/fullpull/tmp/a52a91787566049ab949cfa414650823': No such file or directory @ blob.c/OpenBlob/2480

Hi Tobias,

Can you make sure this folder is available /data/home/fullpull/public_html/fullpull/tmp and writeable?

I also need your FTP access, so I can inspect this directly.

the tmp folder is writeable (755). I have added ftp information to the first post.

Hi Tobias,

You should set that folder to 777, beside that please make sure this folder is available on server /data/home/fullpull/public_html/fullpull/tmp/

well, I still cant access your backend.. login is invalid.

Oh ya, please make sure for any new files inside tmp folder have permission access 777, for this I suggest you contact your sysadmin.

I solved it, I did not see that 2 different tmp folders are being used. I added the second (fullpull/tmp) and now it works.
