Hi, Gonzalo.
This is quite strange thing. Your site is under:
domain.com/EscuelaInfantilAltamira/
But css is loaded from:
domain.com/Congreso
Also there are loaded files thats re not present in JomSocial 3.2.1.5:
/Congreso/components/com_community/templates/default/css/style.layout.css
/Congreso/components/com_community/templates/default/css/style.reset.css
Did you made an JomSocial upgrade recently?
It looks like old version and new one is mixed together...
Yes, We upgraded recently (both Joomla and Jomsocial)
Would you mind hiding the URL of the website at your message?
What do you advise me to do??
Thanks for your help
Please did you change something?? Now I´ve a big problem in the main page, everything has change it´s aspect... Every photo is mixed....
It happens only on first load, and usually on Internet Explorer.
Thanks
P.D Meantime I´ve just established a new main template, with my old template there is a big problem in the page... Could you try to solve it as it was before??
Regards
HI, Gonzalo.
I didn't change anything on your site so there is nothing to be restored. All settings are just like they ware before.
I just viewed your site and code using FireBug (a browser plugin) that doesn't have any influence on your site.
It seems that your upgrade went wrong and that mixed up both (old and new) file system, that's why you experience those issues.
I recommend you to restore previous version of your site from safe copy and try to upgrade again. Your current template should not have anything to do with your current issues. As I mentioned in my previous post: styling css are loading files that doesn't exist in current version.
By the way - from what version did you upgraded?
What upgrade method did you use?
You should mentioned about this in your first post...
This time follow those steps:
UPGRADE
0. Make a safe copy of your whole system (files and database)
1. Browse to Backend -> Extensions -> Extension Manager -> Manage
2. Search all extensions using filter "com"
3. Uninstall all JomSocial related extensions
4. Search all extensions using filter "jom"
5. Uninstall all JomSocial related extensions
6. Download latest JomSocial package from here:
www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses
7. Unzip it
8. Install com_community package via Joomla! installer
9. Follow installation steps
10. Install iJoomla installer for future version check and upgrade.
After that you'll need to do a menu fix also:
When you upgrading JomSocial menu items in JomSocial toolbar lost "connection" with component. Joomla! mark them as disabled and with notice: "Component 'com_community' does not exist". In order to fix it please follow this instruction:
- click on menu item in JomSocial menu in order to edit it
- when in edit mode don't change anything
- save
- menu item should be fixed
- do it for every JomSocial related menu items (if needed) in all other menus
Thanks for your help.
I upgrade from Jomsocial 2.5 and from and old version of Joomla.
I will try to follow your advice.
Regards.
Problem Solved.
I change the style.css, the problemas was that display was set as "none", I choose "block", and now it works.
