Hi!
We purchased this jososial version at first for this domain: ikt-barnehage.no, I couldent change vakta.no! Hope it dosent matter! :-)

ok! We have many types of Things that dosent work! We make the template in the latest Artisteer program. We try one of the others in Joomla 3.x but we have the same problems. Difficult to change profil, the same With the cover. I is not possible to make albums, if you push any button it dosent work as it should!



What can we do to fix it?

Hi, Rino Smebye.

You experienced that issue because lack of JomSocial home page.
So I created "Hidden menu" in menus (menu is not displayed on your site - no menu module is assigned to it), and added Community menu item that links to JomSocial frontpage.

Now everything seems to work fine. I tested avatar upload, profile cover upload, profile cover reposition, photo album creation and photo stream upload. Everything works as it should.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi!
Sorry I did forget one thing, we have 2 subdomains to, barnehage.ikt-barnehage.no and skole.ikt-barnehage.no. Do you have to the same on this subdomains to, or is it just the mainside. IF you have to do the same her, you kan youse the same username and password as for ikt-barnehage.no!

Short: This domains are for skildren before skole and in early School. We want parents to learn about social media to theis kids in å good way, before they use facebook i Norway! We think that jomsocial is the best tool for this. :-)
