Hello,
I have big problem since few weeks.
Jomsocial members can't add any jpeg photos to their profile.
It's still display : File type unsupported.
However, the png format works fine.
Could you help me please?
It's very important.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi Mehdi,

i cant make any changes at your backend. when I disabling any plugins, always got this error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function add() on a non-object in /var/www/com.infoprono.www/htdocs/libraries/joomla/cache/storage/memcached.php on line 450

something wrong with you joomla. and about your issue please try to turned off Jquery easy plugin. seem 3rd party issue, because joomla already allowed jpg.
