I have given ftp access and admin login for my dev site as it has the same bug.

this is a bug with sh404sef compatibility. will be fixed at jomsocial version 4
but here the temporary fix for you:
open /components/com_community/views/photos/view.html.php
at 1090, changing it from

$applicationName = JString::strtolower($jinput->get->get('app', '', 'STRING'));

$applicationName = JString::strtolower($jinput->get('app', '', 'STRING'));

$albumId = JRequest::getInt('albumid', '', 'GET');

$albumId = $jinput->get('albumid');

maybe not, because this fixes only for user with sh404sef. at jomsocial version 4 dont have "view all" any more
