First, I wish you a happy new year 2015.

when I created an album, "who can see" field does not appear, it does not appear if I want to change the album. No problems with importing a video where the field is present.
I installed a new website with Jomsocial on my local server as a test and the field is visible.
Do I have to reinstall everything? there is another solution?

Hi Yan,

the problem with 3rd party extension, called Jomsocial Profile Types. that extension override jomsocial privacy button (who can see). maybe that extension having some configurations.

if you turned off this plugins:
JSPT Community Plugin
JSPT System Plugin

"who can see" will appear again.
