Hi, Bernardo.
1. Make sure that you have installed FFMPEG library on your server.
2. Make sure that library is in one of latest versions.
3. Make sure that you provided correct path to FFMPEG library in Backend -> Components -> JomSocial -> Videos -> Video settings -> Path to FFMPEG
4. Make sure that you properly configured cron jobs:

It does not work! The videos are still pending!
Hi, Bernardo.
I'm sorry but I've just tested it on your site:
badaueh.com.br/index.php/5c-phoenix/videos/video/4-test
prntscr.com/5h0oqn
Video was converted after cron job was run.
Explain to me what you did , why I carried a video and it remains in pending ... That is , the video does not appear automatically
badaueh.com.br/index.php/5c-phoenix/vide...6-a-historia-de-lula
Not to mention in the video, which only appears in the video list after making my login
badaueh.com.br/index.php/5c-phoenix/vide...se-of-the-rising-sun
Hi, Bernardo.
But this video is playable... so it was converted.
What I did:
1. Uploaded file
2. Run cron job (Backend -> Components -> JomSocial -> Monitor -> Execute cron job - button at upper right corner).
I asked you in my first post to make sure if cron job is set correctly.
You replied "not working... did you checked the list?
Is con job set up correctly?
Friend,
This is very difficult for a user without knowledge ... A user on my network will not know or can do these procedures . What if every time someone upload a video , I have to do these procedures the network will not work. Do not have an easy, automated way to upload and publish videos?
Hi, Bernardo.
But this is automated. All you need to do is: set a cron job that will be fired from time to time.
So users will have to (just) upload video and wait a little bit.
Conversion is done automatically - if cron is set.
That is why I asked you "Make sure that cron job is configured :
documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Setting_Up_Cron_Job
" In my first replay.
Please, follow our documentation.
Ok . I will adjust my cron settings via cpanel ...
Why all videos posted do not appear in the module Community - Videos ? Are only aparencendo 3 ( without signing ) . By logging everything is normal ... What is wrong in the configuration ?

Hi, Bernardo.
It seems that system assigned wrong access rights to those two videos. In cases like this one just switch access rights to some - save, then again switch to public.
You may check - I fixed them with this method.
I also added new video and it was showed in module right away.
