Change Avatar is not working

When changing avatar, the popup comes up, allows you to select a photo, but does nothing after that. The popup stays open. Nothing more. Uploading pictures as posts works fine.

What am I missing?

Hi Greg,

there are two issues:
1. main menu item conflict, please delete all jomsocial menu from main menu. and recreate again. and you must create jomsocial home page as main menu item.
2. and disable System - JChatSocial plugin.

I have recreated the entire Main Menu. Things are still not working right.

Clicking on your profile name on top now goes to a bad page.
Avatar uploading still does not work.

This is getting very frustrating.

Hi Greg,

if you disabling My Profile until Inbox at main menu items, your issue will disappear. if you not using jomsocial toolbar menu, you can delete it. and create it at main menu items (not as alias). This is joomla issue for itemID.
