Hi,
Youtube link on activity stream used to work fine but now the images aren't loading... see image.
Image 1 shows that some images will link on website but it isn't working for youtube videos.
Please advise.
p.s. my max execution time on php is 660.
p.s.#2 Can't give back end access to production server due to safeguarding policy.
Hi J,
please provide me:
1. administrator access detail as super user
2. unblock my IP from firewall. 223.164.64.238
3. FTP access detail
edit your first post at this topic. and put any credential information at site info form
Regards,
Albert
As I said in the OP we cannot provide you with backend access to our production server due to safeguarding. There is no way around this unless you are willing to submit a criminal record background check or equivalent.
We do have a development server but the host has capped the php max execution time to 50 (BS, I know).
Unfortunately, we are going to have to do this the hard way...
I have checked through your forum and all problems relating to this matter appear to be due to php max execution time. Our server is set to 660 so can you suggest anything else that might be causing this problem? We are able to link other pages and images are pulled... it only seems to fail with YouTube images. This is a new error that has started this week and we have been able to pull YouTube images previously. The usual culprit in these circumstance would be JCH optimize but we have disabled this plugin and are still getting the problem.
Hi J,
please make sure PHP settings:
1. open baserdir = none
2. CURL installed and enable
3. allow url fopen = on
4. GD library installed and enable
5. and allowing functions: file_get_contents and imagecreatefromstring

Albert

Hi J,
Hard for us to inspect this issue, if you couldnt provide the credentials access..anyway.. what is your youtube URL for testing I will check on my local if worked fine so this can be caused by your server issue.
thank you
