I installed the ffmpeg and I configured the jomsocial and the cron.
The upload of videos it's ok, but the videos can not be showed in the pages.
In the cron, I received the msg bellow:
This page contains the following errors:
error on line 1 at column 43: Extra content at the end of the document
Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.
FFmpeg could not convert videos
please provide me adminstrator access detail and FTP, by editing your first post at this topic and put it under site info form.
i need it for debugging purpose. mostly the issue related with ffmpeg it self, please make sure ffmpeg version that are you using not too old. here the latest version:
www.ffmpeg.org/
I provided this access. I don't use the FTP on my website because of the security. But I'm using the CENTOS 6 and I installed the ffmpeg using the "yum install ffmpeg" for install the last version.
Its hard for me if I cant access the files at your site. I need changing some files for debugging purpose.
do you have any SSH access? or can you create FTP access for me, just in temporary. after I done with this issue. you can remove that FTP access.
The link that I provide is just a proxy because I'm using the joomsocial in my intranet.
I'll ask for the support team to check the installation of ffmpeg.
Need I install the flv support too or just the ffmpeg?
That some additional information that I can provide you without the ftp access?
I'll ask for this for my support server team.
only by access your site by using FTP, that I can know what exactly the problem is. please ask your support team to debug it from:
activate debug mode from jomsocial backend > video settings or from convertVideo function at /components/com_community/libraries/videos.php around line 308.
