Or process is that we want to have our agent that have the right level of permission to open and create a profile for client location, the agent with the correct permissions should be able to add photos and video for the client location profile

WE have created a group for locations here : cmptv.ca/index.php/en/cmp-advertising/my...iewmembers?groupid=1

We have attempted to Add a video but the video has audio and BLK Blank Video cmptv.ca/index.php/en/cmp-advertising/my...araja-indian-cuisine

Hi Chris,

Your "Path to FFMPEG" configuration is empty in Video Settings, please you fill it with correct path.

If this issue still exist, please provide me the FTP access so we can inspect this further.
