video upload problem

Hi,
In my website when user upload a video this video after upload complete added to process queue but it's process is not finish and it's not showing in user's video
FFMPEG is installed, i have checked everything but i don't have any idea,

This is a new dedicated server,
If you need to login in admin please let me know because our admin is disabled to all public users,

Hi, Saeed.

1. Make sure that FFMPEG is installed in latest version (or if it's not too old).
2. Make sure that you set correct path in JomSocial Video configuration
3. Make sure that you configured cron job properly

Did you tried to run cron job manually? Backend -> Components -> jomSocial -> Monitor -> Mail Queue -> Execute cron

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

this is some problem with my server
I will do this cronjob using web cron's
but which one of this you are recommended?
1- www.easycron.com
2- webcron.org
3- www.getcron.com
4- www.setcronjob.com
