I realized the initial slash is missing

steps to reproduce

1. go to any profile page with avatar image.
2. click on send message
the thumbnail does not appear on the dialog box, (missing initial /)

I see, the thing is, it happens only when the image is local, if the avatar is pointing to the AS3 server then it doesnt break it.
try send a message to user Asiorek and you will see the error

that brings another issue.
why are there avatars that are not getting uploaded to AS3?

Please you check, should work fine now..

that fixes the problem for the local images,
but breaks it for the images loaded on AS3

(I think if you use JURI::root() inside $user->getThumbAvatar() you will have a better result)

I got a related question... Why are images not getting loaded on AS3??

Please you check again, I moved inbox.ajaxcompose.php to override folder, because this issue only happens on that file.
