Streamline Photo post is failing

Users can not upload photos on their streamline.
It seems like it upload it but then nothing show up
I set the cronjob to run every min, just in case that would be the problem.

Hi John,

It was caused by user points setting administrator/index.php?option=com_community&view=userpoints, because when you disabled the user points it also disable the activity stream items

I already fix this by enabled this activity type "Photo Upload"
