Hello,
I'm using Video Upload with Amazon S3 and Zendcoder.
When I have more than one video file to be processed by the cron job, only the first one is processed correctly.
The others get a wrong path. Like this:
Player for the first video: <source src="http://<bucket>.s3.amazonaws.com/videos/videos/1566/f8TzeFZD2BX.mp4" type="video/mp4">
Path on Amazon S3: <bucket>/videos/videos/1566/f8TzeFZD2BX.mp4
Player for the second video: <source src="http://<bucket>.s3.amazonaws.com/videos/videos/1566/MKFLJ7kC7Dh.mp4" type="video/mp4">
Path on Amazon S3: <bucket>/videos/videos/1566/videos/videos/1566/MKFLJ7kC7Dh.mp4
So after the first video, the others are saved to a wrong path on Amazon S3, and they don't play.
Can you please check?
Thank you
Hi, Rogerio Brito.
I assign developer to this thread.
Hi Rogerio,
this issue must be gone at version 3.2.1.5. please provide me FTP access detail. I saw you site already using 3.2.1.5
I need debugging your site by using FTP.
FYI: please put any credential information at site info form by editing your first post at this topic.
Regards,
Albert
Ok, I've edited the first post to include the SFTP credentials.
Thank you
Hello,
I've put your IP on our whitelist.
But please note that we use a non standard port for the SFTP, port 5435.
Thanks
Hello,
What's your SFTP client?
There's nothing blocking your access, you should be able to login...
Hi Rogerio,
after I changed my DNS to google DNS. I can access your SFTP. but your administrator access detail at site info is not valid anymore.
I cant login with that.
please edit your first post at this topic. and provide me valid administrator access detail.
Regards,
Albert
Great,
Please try again, same credentials.
Thanks
Hi Rogerio,
I can't access any page at frontpage, always redirect to "Política de Uso" (video page). why is that?
I want upload new videos to make the test with this issue. sorry again for this inconvenience.
but please try this solution:
1. edit /components/com_community/libraries/videos.php
2. at line 107 you can see this code
$outputBaseUrl = $outputBaseUrl.'/'.$videoFolder.'/'.$video->creator;$outputSetBaseUrl = $outputBaseUrl.'/'.$videoFolder.'/'.$video->creator;$outputObj->setBaseUrl($outputBaseUrl);$outputObj->setBaseUrl($outputSetBaseUrl);
Hi Albertus,
The video thing is because the site is for members only, and new users have to agree to the site policy (the video) to enter.
I have disabled that feature, that is a test site.
But anyway, I did the changes you suggested and it worked, no problems on converting, very good!
But there's another thing. After the conversion I should receive and alert or email saying that the video is online, right?
I didn't get anything. Should I open a new ticket for that?
Thank you
