I just got a watermarking component made based off the one EXTLY created. Theirs lacked the functionality I wanted and support wasn't a big help. I was wondering if you guys could help me and the developer out. I ran into a problem. When the plugin watermarks the images, the size of the watermark changes along with the dimensions of the photo.

Here's an example. Here all my landscape photos show the watermark the correct size:

But for those photos that appears in portrait, it shrinks!

I figured it must be the way the watermark is attached. Can anyone from the team point us in the right direction to fix this?

Hi, Arthur.

I'm sorry but you're asking us to support 3rd party extension... sure you called it "pointing in the right direction" but it's the same :) I don't know extension that you use and don't know it code or functionality. It's like asking Microsoft to help you with Windows 7 Manager just because it do something with their OS.
