hi, after upgrade from 2.6.3 to 2.2.5 all my Video and Profile Video Thumbs are bigger then previously and looks very bad now.

how could i reacreate all 2.6.3 Video Thumbs to 3.2.5 natural size?

You cant re-create the thumb, instead you do it manually. But you can make the video size is better by using CSS. May I know in which section do you want to reduce the video? Please provide me the screenshoot.

it really tricky, you should edit all videos as pending video first (inside table #__community_videos change status record to "pending") and then re-run with cron job.

Oh I see, I forgot.. i only thought the video thumbs from upload video, well this s very tricky, you should edit the file manually, by using photoshop maybe..

sorry, that is another solution, except you create the code to generate all videos..and hire the 3rd party dev to achive this.
