Images can be uploaded but never appear in the albums

Attempting to upload Profile Cover or Avatar images the following occurs:

I can click the Upload Photos button and the upload dialog works properly.

After I select an image and click Open on the upload dialog and click on Photos/Albums, the image is not in the album.

When I use FTP to check the folder, it's obvious the image was uploaded and the image appears in the folder.

So apparently it's not being recognized by Joomla or JOMSocial for inclusion in the Album.

I'm unable to disable SEF since it will break my links.

Can you help with this problem?

Hi, Tim.

Similar issue was reported today and I think they are related.
In error console error 500 is displayed what indicates server error: prntscr.com/53w8tf
Please, post here server error log from last two days.
If you don't know where to find it, ask your hosting provider for assistance.

I assign developer to this thread.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi,
I checked with RackSpace tech support and apparently I didn't have logging enabled. I've enabled logging, but won't have anything until tonight. I'll send it as soon as I have it.

Hi Tim,

This is error what I get :

1 : unable to open image `/mnt/stor14-wc1-ord1/931896/www.colddeadhandz.com/web/content/Cold Dead Hands/07766f9f6342cbcd08d162c4519cd237': No such file or directory @ error/blob.c/OpenBlob/2614

This issue caused by the tmp setting was wrong, now I already change the tmp setting to the correct folder.
