I have a website with Jomsocial installed and I have a issue with cover photos and avatar of events.

I click on Modify cover and try to change cover but i can't and also i change avatar of event that time its change but when i refresh the page its remove.

I used Jomsocial 3.2.0.5 version.

So please could you help me?

I suggest you update your Jomsocial first to version 3.2.1.5, we had similiar issue like this in older version.

Now i can not upgrade because i customized in jomsocial and its our live site so if i upgrade than i lost my code.

So please give me any solution to solve this issue.

I am sorry this issue is really complicated, because will effected to another function.. I highly recommened you update your jomsocial..

Also please note, we not support for any issue from the older version www.jomsocial.com/support-policy "Outdated Versions"

i understand that your policy i want only one favor from your side can you give me file name which should be change for that task so i track that code and try to short out that because it's my live site and all configure complete now and now if i upgrade that then may be we have occure some issue so please give me some hits of change file regarding that task so we try to manage and short out that issue.

you can access my database from joomla backend in that we installed artadmin to access database.

so please check that and if still you want any other detail please ask us.

also can you give me step how to upgrade the joomsocial version there any petch you provide ??

Hi Karel,

Please you go to "My Account" page www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses , and download the latest Jomsocial package from there.

In that package you will find ijoomla installer, you can use that component for install/upgrade all ijoomla products, include Jomsocial as well.
